Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We currently ship to the following locations: Australia, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Mexico, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S. Outlying Islands, United Kingdom, and USA. 

Shipments are sent out Mondays and Fridays. Orders placed before 2:00pm PST on Sunday or Thursday, will be shipped out the next day. Available services listed below: 

*Media Mail - No insurance included. Extra services are available at a cost. Check here for further info.
*US priority mail - Insurance may be included for up to $50 at no additional charge. Extra services are available at a cost. Check here for further info.
*First Class Package International - No insurance included. Extra services are not available.
*Priority Mail International -  Insurance may be included for up to $200 at no additional charge. Additional insurance limits vary by country. Check here for further info.

First-class international delivery varies by destination, according to the USPS, while international priority mail to any of the countries listed takes 6 to 10 business days. Neither service carries a guaranteed delivery date or specific delivery time frame.

Merchandise will be shipped according to buyer's preference chosen at checkout, at buyer's expense. Rabbit Hole Records is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or stolen packages. Please choose your shipping according to your needs. Rabbit Hole Records is not responsible for merchandise once in the shipping vendor's possession. Rabbit Hole Records is not responsible for submitting insurance claims. 

If you are purchasing item(s) over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Keep your USPS postmarked mailing receipt and proof of value of your shipment in case you need to file a claim. When your mail item is lost, you should file a claim in no later than 60 days from the date of mailing. If your item is damaged or missing contents, you should file a claim immediately, but not later than 60 days from the date of mailing. For more info, please go here.

All sales are final, unless wrong item has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require prior authorization, a receipt or proof of purchase.

Authorization to return an item(s) is required prior to sending. We will provide you the address to be shipped to. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within the your financial institution's refund timeframe.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your financial institution's account again. Next, contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items and Exchanges (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only exchange or replace wrong items received.
